BTW, danish days are the most intriguing event. I went last year with mom and pop. It is exciting to see affluent event, with rich folklore dancing, old traditional clothing, and weapon-yielding vikings .

The reservations for the buffet and parking in secured area are locked in for the casino at lunch if you all decide to come down that weekend.

I was at Danish days last year for a wedding. Although it was cool, it was a nightmare.. Sold out hotels everywhere, redirecting traffic, etc. we're considering moving the event to Sat, Sept 29th. Ill have the details up this weekend

I think I speak for everyone when I say we trust your discretion. Driving and enjoying our cars is the primary reason for the trip, and if traffic is going to be a bitch, it sort of defeats the purpose.

No qualms here if we need to switch weekends to find a date that will avoid a crowd. We all know m3 drivers have no friends

On the real, I suspect the two night minimum is a turn off, as most folks would probably want to stay Saturday and head out Sunday.

That sounds good, how about a SHORT cruise to either Malibu or Ojai for lunch.

There is a really good GREEK restrauant (Supercar Ace knows about it) in Malibu.

Sadly, cant make it on Sept 29th if that becomes Solvang Weekend (I am moving to FL on the 27th.) But I'd love to meet some of you on the 15th. I am coming up from SD so it doesnt matter where we meet up; it'll be a drive for me either way!
