Front grill on 2011 M3 Coupe
Hey guys, quick quesiton, but did they change the front grill on the 2011 M3's from the chrome to an all black? I'm looking on the BMW and it appears that the grill is black now and no longer the chrome that I see in most pictures. If this is the case, how hard is it to swap it out with the chrome one? Does anyone have a link for the chrome grill with pricing?
Thank you in advance! |

Stock grills are no longer all chrome only the edge the slats are black. I think they made the switch to this on the 2010s I believe
If you want all chrome grills you can get them from some places but it may be easier and more cost effective to find someone who is getting rid of theirs.

I just changed mine to the Black chrome grills. 10 miniute install. 4 torx screws underneath hood by front bumper. Pull bumper forward, slide hand in and slowly pull out. The tabs are on the grill and they go into a slot on the bumper. Just be careful once you get 1 or 2 tabs done, it will be a breeze and you will have it off in minutes.
