Free bump for an amazing bike! Too bad my mom would kill me if I got a bike (since I'm only 18) or I'd take this in a heartbeat. These bikes are pure adrenaline, and if treated right can last many summers of pleasure. GLWS!

It s actually going backwards again cause it has like 60something. lol

I rode it again after the original post and estimated the milage to be around 80, when I looked it was 60 something, so I put 70.

Be careful buying from this guy, bought his X5 he had for sale here, paid him 55k cash, drove off with the X5 and 7 months later, he sends the title (BMW loan).

The X5 never got paid off because of a family illness or whatever excuse he had at the time. Just be careful if he doesn't hold the title because he held my money and did whatever he pleased with it instead of paying the car off like he should have.

Buyer beware.

Haha, There is quite a bit more to the story then this.

cliff notes in bold.

I sold my M3, H2, F250, Frontier, 335i, , other 335iMy other X5, my boat, civic, 328i, etc etc. your the only one with a problem.
I sold my boat, civic, 335i, f250, and THIS BIKE. all in the last couple months. NO problems.

Get over it, You had buyers remorse as soon as you got home and cried ever since then. Yes it took longer then it should have to get the title to you, but shit happens.

However, you did get the title, unlike you stated above. and all your money went straight to bmw finance as I provided you with that information from BMWFS. so to make a statement saying I did whatever with your money is just a lie.

Im honest as I was throughout our transaction, you were the one that lied.
just to remind you,
you said x had creeks and rattle but you would not send me a video.
you said you found a dent on it but you would not send me a picture(you also picked the car up in person and looked it over as well as road in it for almost 100 miles from the airport to my house, all before paying for it).
right away you said you could not afford to pay for it anymore and had to sell it. Then you bought a new M3.
so if anyone has any questions as to honestly well they can draw their own conclusions. If your post makes anyone concerned, I will send them all the emails that you and I sent back and forth. They can draw their own conclusions. I will also give the names of the other people that bought my other vehicles with no problems.

The bike is sold anyway.

but I am glad that you still hate yourself Tom

went back and read some emails. oh the memories.
It was not 7 months. you tend to add months to the equation.
you bought the car on 10/29/11. on 12/30/11 you stated in an email that its been 4 months and you still didnt have your title. hmm.
also, since the loan was a owners choice or whatever, part of the time was when bmw applied the payment wrong if you recall that.

Just sayin.
