anyone got the BMW visa card?

are the deals any good :iono:

I have the BMW CCA Visa, and it's set up take a percentage of everything I charge on it, and it goes to the national chapter. I'm sure it's not much, but it's also a 5.9% fixed/no annual fee card I got offered back a while ago.

Doesn't it also give you points or something toward discounts on autos or parts?

Thats the BMW card, not the BMW CCA card that gives you money back on parts and service. My dad has the BMW card, and uses it frequently. It's gotten him a free brake job and a few performance parts. Seems to work well. I'll be getting myself one as well.

They automatically gave me the visa when I bought the car. Haven't used it yet, dont know the details of it.

How many points do purchases get you? What are they worth?

Is it the equivalent of more than 1% cash back?

BMW has sent me info about the card a few times, but it's not clear from the mailings exactly what things you can get or how you can spend points.
