On Topic: 207 is not Bugatti territory, but over 200 mph is still pretty damn good! Cheers.

^^^ 6hp, maybe? don't exactly know why but us spec is 414hp and euro spec is 420hp...
plus that's what i remember as being fastest top speeds of each type. also " ~ " means around/give or take. the real difference is an average of 7mph, which is obviously huge one at those speeds. Quote:
good question btw i would assume it's jerez since it's a standard color choice but it sure gleams like it's azurite.

Someone did 211mph/340kmh on his stock M3 on a recent thread... no mod required just use 100 octane fuel...

G-Power did a great job!
I am very satisfied with my SK-II. Thats the same stage the car at Nardo was equipped with. |

FWIW, I my speedo hit over 180mph last weekend....I wasn't staring at it but I believe 185 was the max I hit
Not GPS tracked, so I know it's not true ground speed. But it was still really freaking fast. I was also on a slight decline, which I'm confident it helped. I didn't hold it for long at 180+, but the car was very planted at the 175mph that I kept for a good couple minutes. Again, every speed I listed is speedo speed, so you want about 7% correction for true ground speed. Just saying. I have an AA Xpipe with an OE Tune with the limiter removed.

A quick analytical calculation (using the stock M3s frontal area and Cd) shows 570 hp is good for 209 mph. Thus this is absolutely right on the money, believable and close to the cars true power. The mods probably bumped the drag up just a bit explaining the tiny discrepancy of forumula vs. equation.

I'm confident that in ideal testing circumstances (nothing unfair just smooth, flat, cool, and lots of room) the OEM M3 can obtain a true actual top speed of 185-190 mph. Of course forget indicated speeds as they are rubbish. It has the power and aero for it (not the the aero is particularly good).
