Fair deal? 2010 E92

Looking at the following:

2010 E92 M3 (9/09 build)
CPO until end of 2015
Premium
Tech
Convenience
Heated Seats
Enhanced Sound
70,000 miles
Price: $37k

Although the mileage is high, the vehicle is in good condition and properly maintained. I'm thinking the biggest upcoming expenses would likely be brakes, water pump, and the a/c unit? Not too sure what else.

Any help would be appreciated!

I'd recommend looking up the service history and making sure spark plugs were taken care of. That is going to be close to $1k.

Picked up a 2010 E92 as well with 50k miles and it's been a solid car so far. Enhanced sound makes the experience so nice as well as all the options you have. It's fully loaded. I paid $39k with 50k miles from carmax, which tends to price the car a bit higher. I think you can get the price a little lower.

Also, it is nice with the CPO until 2015, but I always prefer to have some insurance with ownership for an M out of warranty. How long do you plan to keep the car? Might want to consider a third party warranty to cover you for the duration of ownership and you will be able to find many other options at lower prices.

Carmax may a little higher but the warranty is better than CPO lol.

Thanks guys, 1k for spark plugs was a shocker and Carmax warranty better than CPO? I'm assuming it covers everything similar to BMW's original warranty?

KBB says its around 34-35k, and I think that may be the price to shoot for.
