Dinan exhaust w/mid pipe vs akrapovic evo

I have a Dinan slip on and was going to replace OEM mid pipe/cats with the dinan setup or dump the dinan and go with the full akrapovic evo system? It would be cheaper to complete the dinan system. I searched forum but can't find feedback on the full dinan system, any feedback on sound, drone, etc and performance gains would be appreciated. Thanks

Did you do the software upgrade? Or have to tune car after install? Any code problems if software is NOT installed? Thanks

+1 I've got the Dinan axle-back exhaust and currently looking at additional mods from them.

I have the full Dinan exhaust and love it. Only thing I dislike about it is the fact that not all 4 tips are functional. I ran the exhaust for a few days without a tune and the code eventually came up.

I will try calling dinan You didn't have any problems with car running rich? I don't have a dinan air filter or the first software installed like you do. If I did it I would complete the dinan system with mid pipes, race software ( if I can get it installed) and some aftermarket airfilter and call it good.

I would recommend a new air intake and filter regardless, right now your engine is breathing through a straw. The Dinan intake is expensive, but really nice.. I've also heard good things about the MachtSchnell filter.
Called dinan and they were very helpful , looks like I'll order the mid pipe/software soon. Ordered MS air filter. Thanks again

The mid pipe is for "racing use only" publically, because it deletes the cats. I doubt any dealership that really thought about it would do this because of the potential for EPA fines... they are huuuuuuge.

You will only get a few HP with the MS filter over your stock '11 non-charcoal lined filter, but at least its reusable.
