rear seat removal e90

hi everyone

is there anyone out there that can help with removal of rear bench seat in e90 sedan m3. i need to remove mine so i can clean underneat .(my 8 year droped some smarties between the backrest and seat. i would appreciate full removal and installation instructions. would hate to break a clip or something.

This should be the same for our M3. Basically grab the bottom of the seat cushion and pull up. Should unsnap itself from what i remember.


1. Disconnect middle seat belt. Disconnect middle seat belt by depressing red tab with a flat head screwdriver.

2. Remove bottom seat cushion. Grab the front of the cushion with your hand and yank upward with significant force. It may take some coaxing.

3. Remove side seat bolsters. Grab side of bolster with your hand and yank outward with moderate force.
