My SA emailed me today as well--confirmed I can get 2.9% for my 2011 m3. This is even a better rate than BofA in California~3.2%.

I got a call from my dealer today. For June, it's 2.9% from BMW Financial. I'm not sure yet if I should jump the gun ('08 to '11).
