Car Shut Off Twice Today when stopped

Just picked up my car on Saturday, it has about 900 miles on it now.. Today the car shut off in "1" (M-DCT) twice, not in a row. I tried a search but all I came up with is "this isn't normal" well that's pretty obvious, is this a known issue and something BMW can fix upon during my 1200 mile service?

So far this hasn't happened when in D..

Is it ok to start the car in 2nd w/M-DCT?

That sucks. Did you ever find out what the problem was? Were they able to fix it?

That sucks man,before anything else goes wrong if you have warranty call bmw roadside assistance and have it towed to the dealer asap.

That's good. Don't have DCT, but salesman said only in N when I test-drove one. And yes, I knew ten times more than him about the car, so that does not surprise me .
