The article says the car was picked up 3 hours prior to the crash and the poor guy had a massive aneurism before the crash. Horrible in all respects!

Massive aneurysm = catastrophic explosion of blood vessel in either the chest cavity or brain -- which means he died before he crashed.

the rush of acceleration probably made his blood pressure rise to the point of causing a rupture of his aorta.

Poor guy and poor car

Yes, but reports say the guy is still alive. He's in IC but still living, which is great to hear. But bummer about everything else. Here's to wishing the driver a speedy recovery.

so if he had a massive aneurysm prior to crashing, can we assume the accident is due to this and not lack of talent? I'm not implying he's a hell of a driver, but given the circumstances, its fair to assume he lost control of the car while unconscious.

Do you have any idea how PISSED OFF I'd be if I crash my brand new Ferrari few hours after I get it. I don't care if it was an aneurysm, seizure or a hear attack. Still pissed off
