just wanted to get first post over. in the GTA in ontario and in love with the car. Searched for 2months when I decided to make the switch to find what I wanted, won't bore with stock pics as it sits now. 09 Alpine white on black, cf trim and roof, dct, nav, on 220m.
Came from 02 sentra spec v that i played around with, to a ducati 749s, to c63 to this C63 was our first 'nice' car; supposed to be our 'family' car but i played with it a bit. Kw v3, tune, de-catted and removed resonators lol about 415/400 to the wheels. Loved it to bits but it was always a 99% car for me. The 1% felt like a race car that couldn't. M3 is different; for me in a good way. Can't wait to start modding when the funds roll in lol |

It will be interesting to hear your comparison to the c63 after you log a few miles. |

I've logged about 2k km on it already lol
Honestly the crowd is different. In person and online. The c63 after pipes and tune; the first time i blasted it with everything off, it was a true "OMG I'm GOING TO DIE" fast. Of course it was a torque monster, sideways is always at a touch, and of course you can't deny the sound of a 6.2 v8. My 1% gripe again was the fact it felt like a "race car that can't". I mean, I could've dumped MAD money and made it competitive, but the MB tax is substantially more than the BMW tax lol but I wanted something that can be a true weekend warrior that if I wanted to keep and be a serious contender I could. The torque converter tranny was lacking; anyone who says that or the MCT, even tho wet clutch, is good are in denial. It's good; but not good enough paired with the 6.2. That paired with the fact that you can't put anything more than 275 in the back; you're only meant to go straight. Obviously getting into a coupe was different. DCT is a beast and I haven't done the gts tune yet. Yes down-low torque is gone but it's not HORRIBLE as some people put it. Screaming to almost 9k is nuts. Console is hilariously like a 92 camry; c63 seats are THE SHIT. Leather is better in the M. Sounds like a prius But I'm more happy with the way it drives. On full sport suspension (EDC) it feels comparable to the c63 with KW v3. TL;DR (Too long; Didn't Read) lol c63; luxury first, second, and third... sports sedan fifth... m3; race car first... |

Exactly, trust me, it doesn't need to sound like a Prius. I'm sure you've found plenty of clips on here, haha. Anyway, welcome, you'll love it.
I've always loved the C63 too and always nudging my wife towards one. Hasn't happened...yet. |
