BC Coils rides very bouncy
I bought my e90 equipped with BC Coil-overs four years ago and the car rides really bouncy. Is there anything I can do to not make it not so bouncy other that adjusting the dampers which I've already got on the softest setting? Thank you in advanced!

You need better coilovers. There’s nothing that will make bc coilovers not ride like you’re on a flexible wood block.

just replace them. even with the higher-end stuff, those require rebuilds maybe a little bit later depending on your usage.. the dedicated stuff requires it more frequently.

Increase the rebound damping rate. Replace the existing springs with lower (softer) spring rates and/or increase the rebound damping rate (stiffer damping).

Come to think of it, in 4 years your dampening is probably shot or near needing replacement. Bc sells their dampeners online for the cheap. If max stiff setting doesn't solve it, you may need new dampeners. I'd try resetting preload (try 5mm compression after the lock collars stabilize with the spring.
