I run this DCT software with my VT3, and it works well. Reviews can sound silly , lol, but but my impressions are, for everyday driving, crusing, etc. it's smooth, not clunky, and when you go WOT the shifts are solid/firm, a must with a Supercharger IMHO. Good work ESS.

Congrats to ESS for getting this out to their customers. I know BPM has had this for sometime now, the BPM software is very enjoyable and the ESS guys should not pass this up!

I thought I remember the earlier version was only needed on the 2008 and 2009 models, when it was only done in ESS's shop.

DCT software is not needed on supercharged cars now that the factory DCT software has improved. Adding our performance DCT software is simply an option.

We started working with DCT software in our cars and customers cars back in 2009 and we remotely installed it in several cars over the years so if you want get technical we were the first unless someone remotely programmed DCT software before 2009.

We have only now offered remote DCT software tuning to the general public because it has become much simpler and safer to deliver. It was only possible in the past under very controlled circumstances.

Our retail DCT software is based off the current GTS spec software. It is a modified version of it that is slightly more aggressive when shifting at high RPM. The version we used in 2009 was too aggressive for daily driving and is not as refined as the new retail version.
