chill guys, OP says they comes off easily. as long as my finger can wipe them off, I don't mind if done by my close friends.
However, the reason to do this is wrong. Revenge because he ditched you over a girl is lol. maybe some occasional event yes....

It is a funny prank, but I would be fucking livid.

My friends in college stuffed the bed of my truck with snow under the tonneau cover, I was not happy after that one either.

Funny as hell. I would be dying. I had a buddy that put some tin cans hanging from my car in the back. I put his car on craigslist with a real cheap price. Also put in the ad that he worked third shift so don't call during the day and to call after 11pm. Classic

Probably one of the worst jokes ever.

P.s. get a girl too... Next time he ditches you, you might not act like a 12 year old.

I think he did his buddy a favor by putting a BMW emblem on it. The price probably went up a few grand just by doing that.

add me to the "id be pissed off too" list

and like the other guys were saying, if there was any minuscule amount of dirt or dust on the paint and you rubbed it with, *any* marker, i guarantee the paint is scratched if you looked at it under right light. id be fuming.

Ok...mixed feelings....a car is kinda off limits...but, funny as shit as long as it is dry erase markers or something harmless. I am the type that gets enraged over my car being messed with but geez people...lighten up...none of you know what kind of relationship these guys have with each other....take a breath....

surely even if it comes easily there would be micro scratches from the dirt on the paint....

I wouldn't be too happy myself...

lol similar thing happened to me back in high school. black 87' S-10 Blazer.
i went mudding before school, parked the truck and one of my friends drew a giant smiley face in the mud across my hood. if she handt been so unknowing and cute i would have strangled her. Until i compounded my hood, there was a giant sized smiley face scratched into it, Ha! i wasnt mad at the time because she was unknowing, in fact i never said anything negative about it, and i didnt tell her i spent hours compounding my hood the following week to fix it we even laugh about it today

I can't think of any of my friends, or co-workers, that would even consider doing some thing like that.

I'm pretty sure he'll know if its okay to draw on his friends car. And whether or not his friend will be pissed off.

Just like we all know not to mess with that one friends who's wound up too tight.
