Wheel Noise
Hey guys,
Other day I scraped a rim leaving work (right real wheel). I thought it would be covered by wheel and tire insurance but it doesn't cover aesthetics. So I payed the $165 to get it refinished (this was on wed). Had surgery on Thurs so car wasn't driven, and Friday it was only driven once. So tonight (Sat) I'm pulling out of the garage and hear this sound like I ran over an aluminum can and like it was stuck to the wheel. I drove slowly down the street and it didn't stop so came back home. A friend suspected that the wheel wasn't put back on tightly and is loose. Is that what you would think? Or could it be a stone stuck in wheel? What would you guys think? Thanks for the help!

I've had stones between the disc backing plate and the disc, causing a metalic pinging pr can rattle sound, particularly as I back up. So far they've all fallen out within a day or so.
