Hi everyone, just wanted to say thank you for all the help and insight on my last e92. After the car was totaled I waited a few months before I was ready again... I just got my 2011.5 AW e92 M3 DCT with the Comp package. I ordered the car with every option except power seats (Recaro Poles on the way!) I couldn't help but to start with the mods already. So far I have done the OE carbon splitters, mirrors and trunk spoiler along with black grills and the Non-electronic flat bottom steering wheel. I also added the Macht Schnell spacer 15/12mm. Exhaust, tune and tint are still to come! All I can say is I couldnt be happier to be back in an M!

Thanks for all the kind words. The car is going back to the dealer this week to get the holes in the bumper filled. I freaked out when I went to go pick up my car and they had put the front plate mount on! Along with getting the holes filled Im gonna have the reflectors filled too. I personally hate the look of painted reflectors, they just look really out of place to me. Im also getting the side markers painted black and Im going to get a light tint painted on the tail lights.

Anyone have a really good deal on a used exhaust? I want to do the turner test pipes with the cel delete, any thoughts or opinions?

Very nice car !!! Do you experience any rubbing with the installed spacers? I am assuming you haven't lowered car, right?

The tires do not rub one bit. The car is the stock ZCP ride height with 15mm spacers in the front and 12mm in the rear. IMO the wheel gap is amazing for stock ride height/wheels. I do want to try and stuff some bigger tires on there but not quite sure what to do.

very nice ... Congratulations ... next mod should be tinting your windows (just had mine done last week medium, they call it 20% looks sharp and matches the roof now).

UPDATE:

Had my tail lights painted, side gills blacked out, and the front bumper is all shaved and clean Euro style! BMW Encinitas did all the work and it turned out amazing. I also polished my OE muffler can with some 400 grit paper and stainless polish. I need to tint my windows asap! I also ordered a set of 18" TE-37's in black...cant wait for the track

Are you going to do anything about the ugly angel eye rings? LUX or OSS perhaps.
