1. Install AP Racing BBK that I got from Jaypod
2. Get Vorsteiner GTS5 Bumper painted and installed (and replace the under bumper aero pieces that were trashed by this winter replaced in the process) and install the GTS-V rear diffuser. 3. Oil and brake fluid change 4. Install new RS-3s installed on Advan RSs.

Anyone got experience with this or other pulleys (off topic I know, I'm a rebel)

I actually called and cancelled the car today. All 800 cars produced so far are having their engines replaced do to a faulty connecting rod bolt. The backlog before getting to my car would easily have taken several months. I didn't want to track my C2S as I would need to buy pads and tires for it this year, which would have been at least $3-4K, and spending that when a GT3 was around the corner would have been a waste. But now, i'll just run my car. Looking at finding an SLS GT now instead or even a used GT-R and gut it. Last edited by sawzall; 03-19-2014 at 03:29 PM.. |

Just got my car back from an alignment. Installed JRZ RS1's and dialed in some camber.. Should be a whole new beast on the track this year!

It's unfortunate that this happened, wonder what ever happened to Porsche rigorous testing. Would you not consider 997.2 4.0? Haha. SLS GT would be crazy, I don't think I've even seen one yet. Bunch of interesting cars this year anyway, especially if you're willing to cross over to the dark side.

I'm actually thinking about getting an older Elise (I've also thought about a 458, 599, F-Type and a million other cars), and making it a more track oriented car. The engines are cheap to fix and mod in comparison to a GT3. The GT-R is another realistic option. LOL! Can't wait to see your car! Last edited by sawzall; 04-01-2014 at 10:20 AM.. |
