Need help finding part number for Cabin air filter cover

I replaced my cabin air filters last night and noticed both front plastic mounting clips were cracked and broken off from heat exposure so it only attaches at the two rear points.
Could someone please help me pick out the cabin air filter covers. They hold the air filters and sit in a housing. There is a right and left cover.

I'm debating between parts #8 and #11 from the diagram.
#8 is filter housing upper, w/M3 (R,L)
#11 is side cover w/M3 (R,L)

Hate to pick up the wrong part so if anyone has a better idea, please toss me a bone.

Yes, that's a much better diagram. Looks like I need part #4 and 5, filter housing cover.
