Price is reasonable, but look into some different cars. $62K is a lot for a car with 45K.

Does it have the premium pack?
ie. comfort access, homelink, power seats etc...

those are some of the must haves for a $62k car.

No, but Bavaria BMW is totally overpriced for their CPO cars. I wouldn't personally buy anything from them.

I am sure you have done a search for CPOd cars in Canada and come to the conclusion that there are not that many. Especially DCT. The price you mentioned isnt too bad and am guessing there is a little room to move. The reality is I am guessing a few grand either way isnt going to break you. So if you see a CPOd car in your price range optioned the way you want. Go for it.

Have you taken a look at my 08 sedan? It's for sale on this site and I have the extended service inclusive warranty for 5yrs (since nov 08) an 96km. Every option is on the car...has a parking lot scratch that insurance is fixing. New front brakes and is such a amazing looking car. Sparkling graphite and upgraded Dinan ecu and exhaust bringing the car to about 430hp from the original 414hp. Recently lowered my price and receiving my car in two weeks! $47,850!

Damn used in not cheap in Canada. Have you thought about ordering new?

Although that one, if it has the Exec Pack, would be fully loaded...

Yeah and Alberta is the most expensive one. To be honest one of the reason that I got a good deal from Calgary BMW was because I had a greate quote from a BMW dealership in Quebec and they tried to match it.

Good for you for getting around that. I heard the two Alberta dealerships have the same owner. *That* doesn't make sense. Here in Ontario, they didn't allow more owner to acquire more than 3 dealerships for that reason. Three is okay because there are a lot of other dealerships here.

Good information.I am aware of that coupe, but I am only interested in a sedan with DCT and 09 or newer. I love my 535ix,and would only make the switch if the right M3 with the right options comes along.I am optomistic in the new year that a number of off lease models will come to market.

One other suggestion, don't buy lease returns. People who lease don't take good care of their cars! Try to buy one that the previous owner actually purchased/financed it. As my case, the previous owner financed it then lost his job and had to return it.

Just my 2 cents, Good Luck!

Hope you don't honestly believe this. I have seen just as many abused cars that were owned vs. lease. We are talking about M3's here, not fleet cars.

Some of your posts are just comical

Sorry that you don't think so. Most people agree though, which make your post comical

Not really, had a REALLY bad experience with my first used car purchase from BMW Gallery and just trying to help other members don't go through the same thing.

Anyways, not an expert. But anyone is entitled to his opinion

Everyone is entitled to an opinion. The reality is you can pick ANY dealership and I guarantee you that someone has had a bad experience there. NOBODY is perfect. The good thing about BMW is that maintenance is included for the first 4 years and its easy to get a service history to see any issues there may have been. CPO'd cars also give you some extra comfort.

It takes two people to make a bad experience and often its not the dealers fault. Customer is not always right and can be their own worst enemy sometimes.

I didn't say it was dealer's fault (was partly my fault too). Anyways, I don't think you understand what I am saying here.

Actually it is a sedan and it has every option. Pm me if you'd like to see it, or have your mechanic look at it, or see the service records . I planned on keeping it for kids in the future (4 door) but ended up wanting a completely modified 2008 m3 coupe.
