M5 has the same seats...?

the other day i drove an M5 and when you turn or brake, the seat press or close to you. Itīs the same in the M3?

The M3 does have these extra support on both of the sides of the seat that you can adjust for a tight feel.

IMO, I found the active side bolsters quite distracting...while taking a turn as I'm focused on the road, I get a sudden jolt to the side. I'm glad that I didn't get that feature

that would probably be a very weird feature. sounds cool once or twice, but might get old after a bit.

the active seats work quite well, but if you're taking it to the track, then it certainly does not respond fast enough. However, there is a setting to adjust the bolster fixed support level.
