it actually depends, here you go:

Regular Sale 30 days - 6% Split between both Brokers.
Short Sale From 30 days to 4 Months - % Based on what Bank approves from 5% to 6%
Bank Owned Usually 45 days - 6%
Basically im on call 24/7. they call i go, doesnt matter if im in bed with Megan Fox or Racing with you guys

Money calls, i go.

, but yeah you have to be relaly felxible. also a deal can fall apart very easy right now, and everyone is lawsuittttt happpyy

so you have to double check everything you do.

its a tough business, but once you establish a client base then your fine, your business is word of mouth. the more people you know the better and i thnk thats with life and everything, not just business

in this type of market its a rush to wait kinda thing.

okay yea I would need a steady income. I could do that on the side haha. I like being paid hourly/salary instead of commission based....not that commission isnt nice it can just fluxuate too much

I'd love a S2k as a second car but that car is a POS as a daily driver

I had one for a weekend and I was going to go crazy. WAY to loud, even with the top closed. too rough. too small. can't adjust the seat comfortably. no trunk space...

i'd say s2k is better for a shorter stature.

Hence why she's become a PITA and pissing me off.

She knows very well that the day I completely break it off with her, I will have a new girl that same day............(though she doesn't know that I can have one with just a simple phone call away. I felt to leave that out to not make her feel as disposable).

Everything is business...it's fine for a business to lose money...but if you're not profiting enough to cover losing the money, then you should dump the business and move on. You may want to invest some capital to keep it going if you feel it will once again become profitable, but if it's doomed to cost and cost without a real return, you're wasting time and money on it. There are other businesses in the world where one can invest his money and time into.

I feel that all women are genuinely inferior to men, and that women need to show proper respect to their man and do what he says. This comes from my culture and upbringing.
