..::PSI::.. G-POWER E46 M3 Supercharger System SK I

Since early 2009 we have worked closely with G-Power on their forced induction solutions for BMW. From custom sand-casted aluminum manifolds to laser and CNC cut brackets; their quality is comparable only to BMW OEM pieces.

G-POWER supercharger system SK I "Sporty Drive"
Basis: S54 M3 Coupe/Convertible 333 hp increased to 440 hp

Boost level approx. 5.8-6 PSI.

Components included:

Belt Drive:
Ultra stiff CNC shaped supercharger bracket system made from cast aluminum including an extended support-aggregate belt drive for the supercharger´s drive.

Air Intake Manifold:
Racing air filter and flow optimized clean air intake with large diameters made from cast aluminum.

Forced Induction/Intercooling:
ASA T1 518 supercharger with centrifugal clutch ASA K07 (optional); supercharger lubrication through bypass from motor oil circuit;
air/water recuperator with front mount intercooler; engine inlet manifold made from cast aluminum; pneumatic, load-dependent boost regulation.

Engine Modification:
6 racing spark plugs with modified heat values.

Fuel Management/Electronics:
Adaptation of the software of the standard ECU.
6 x fuel injectors with enlarged mass flow.

We are also working with G-Power on a SK-II option, for those who would like more power. Stay tuned.

Beautiful looking kit! I am becoming more and more tempted to get into boost when I see all these kits!

Do you have any dynos between stock and SKI and SKII? I would love to see how the powerband shape compares to stock. I hear GPower kits are known to have a lot of mid-range torque and power!

The SK-II kits for E46 M3 are currently not available from G-Power. I am currently working with them on dynos for this SK-I Kit and will post them up when available.

The ASA Supercharger is a great unit and has smooth midrange power. ASA and G-Power are partners in development and develop superchargers for the needs of a specific motor/vehicle.

None yet from our end. We are building a Z4M Coupe in a few months and we will be posting all Dyno runs/figures after the build.

I was at Fall Line Motorsports here in Buffalo Grove, IL earlier this week.

As I was getting some work done on my car, they were showing me some of the projects they were working on. In my peripheral vision, I saw this orange intake manifold shining from afar. I thought to myself, no way that is a GPower SKI kit...

I walked across the shop and to my absolutely surprise, IT WAS!!!!

I took a close look at the car and I am very impressed with the build design and quality of kit! The ASA blower is absolutely massive! They were in the middle of buttoning up the kit, but they said that they have high hopes that it'll produce amazing gains not just on the dyno, but in true driving characteristics.

Just thought I'd share that there is definitely at least one SKI free in the streets of America...

Whenever I head back there, I should ask if they are willing to share some dyno graphs with me. They do have a Mustang Dyno in house.

Awesome. You definitely will start to see more and more of these kits in the USA.

They are truly incredible.

Had 1 in stock earlier this year. Current turn time is 6 weeks for delivery to anywhere in the USA. Which level kit are you interested in?

G Power is great and a pioneer, but their kits are quite pricey vs. the competition I think.
