I would say that the Seiko is more accurate. Nobody buys a Patek Philippe becuase they are interested in the worlds most accurate watch.

If you had the California, and a dude in an SC M3 passed you, would you care?

Another question,

If a quadruple turbo charged Civic passes you in your M3, would you care?

Thanks for any inputs!

In reality, I'd get over it. But no question I'd be shocked at first. But then I'd drive to Venice and pick up some hot smut bucket and all would be right in the world.

_fuck no_

But if a dude in a stock F430 passed me I would be a little pissed since my hypothetical California cost $50k more and is yet considerably slower.

Wait!? Does he have a short hair, prolly late 30's ~ early 40's? I ran into Red Ferrari Califonia around Calabasa to Westlake area and to be honest, that car wasn't that fast at all. I was going 70~75, saw Red Ferrari in my rearview, He was riding my ass from Calabasas for good 4~5 miles. I moved over then I rode his ass for good 2 miles @ 130~140mph Car is sick and sounded amazing but really isn't that fast.

Ferrari California is a lot faster than E92 M3, straight line or not...there is no single track where M3 is faster than California.

Slightly modded M3 will give Ferrari CA run for their money!!

S/C'd M3 will destroy it completely

Ferrari is definitely very nice inside out! The hardtop is a blast! It's a bit lady like. What gives? It's a F car!!!! I have been to couple dealers lately and the pricing are still quite high. Average 200k. Ouch!!

That's true. The Cali is targeted at women, especially since there are 4 seats. Whatever though, it's still a ferrari. And I'm sure it's faster than the M3.

I feel like some M3 owners just don't get it.

A well modded civic could wreck an M3, does that mean you'd rather have the civic?

At the end of the day the Ferrari California is a great sounding exotic car that's sure to turn heads. The M3 is great for what it is, but in the end its a mass produced luxury sportscar that doesn't hold a candle to any type of Ferrari.
