You Can Print it Out Online
You need to sign up on the BMWNA site. I recall that you need your VIN and your SS number to sign up for the finance part. From there you can make payments, find out your loan status, look at you loan amortization, get a loan payoff figure.
The maximum you can pay online at a time is $5K, but otherwise it works fine. The payment is credited the day you make it.

We were able to pick up our M first week of February. I signed up for the BMWNA site and found our FS account number there but there are still no statements. It gives the breakdown of the loan and have an option to make a payment, but since there is no statement yet, I'm not sure if I should go ahead and make the payment or just wait. So far, I don't know the payment due date.

You Can Pay Now
Your first payment due date should be on your loan papers that you signed. If your statement isn't available online, you're at least a couple of weeks from the due date. There's a phone number for BMWNAFS somewhere on the site (it may just be the regular customer service number, and they transfer you). Call them if you are concerned.
I know that I was concerned about the statement. I called and was told that the statement had been mailed a day or two earlier. It still took several more days for it to arrive in the mail. It almost feels like they want to delay that first payment as long as possible as you are paying interest on the full loan amount during that time.
