mortgage rates down

If you are in NJ and the rates stay the same I can get you 4.625% on a conforming loan 30 year fixed 300k-417k. 4.5% on a 15 year fixed... And my jumbos loans are below market price...

You've got my interest.

Let me know when the rate hits 4.5 APR for the 30year fixed and what the points are...

+1 I have a 30yr fixed at 6.25, and beginning to look at refi'ing for a rate below 5, with zero/low points and cost.

PM me the loan amount and value if you are serious. In NY the rates are slightly higher because the lender has to pay part of the mortgage tax. I might be able to get it waived but don't know if wamu will cooperate. Either way its higher than nj but if you don't pay mortgage tax it takes close to 2 months to close. The new rates will come out on Mon so PM me that info and your name and at least a work number and you will get an unbeatable NY deal.
