Dallas area things to do? tourist here :)

I'll be in Dallas January 7-11th...be there longer but only free those two/three days.
I'll be staying downtown area...any suggestion would be nice.
I'll be like a couple thing, interest:
museum
farmers market
festivals
beer/drinks
parks, more for sight than exercise

just type in suggestions I could google from

You can go to Gas Monkey Garage and/or Bar and Grill. They are fairly close to each other.
