Exclamation Let's talk pillows

I solved my mattress problem (Bought a Tempur Cloud). However, still trying to find the right pillow. Tried the Tempur Rhapsody pillow, but it's too high. I was waking up with a sore/stiff neck.

I'm now on the Cloud pillow. Much better, but I don't think it's 100% right for me + it only comes in standard size & I have a king bed. It gets annoying having to move the pillow everytime I move.

No down as it's too soft to offer enough support (side sleeper) & I am allergic.

I wish I had your neck/cephalic region set up on me so I could spend years sleeping on a variety of pillows, then I could offer you a pillow suggestion. Ah well.

I could use a new one too. Suggest away!

For some reason I always like dead/flat pillows.

If you sleep on a side, what i think you might find comfortable is a wrap around body pillow.

http://www.my-pillow-place dot com/s...72/page/924768

Are you using the Contour Cloud Pillow, or just plain Cloud Pillow?

Temper-Pedic has contour pillows, it keeps your neck leveled with the spine, but keeps your head low and alined with the spine. So you dont get stiff neck.

There is only 1 version of the Cloud pillow. Your link did not work.

I bought one of those that mold to your head types but it had a strange smell to it so I got rid of it.

Garage List
I have a Tempur Pedic Symphony Pillow, but it's too small. Gonna go buy a larger size. Otherwise it's comfortable.

The original sobakowa were made with the husk of a bean, that's why they could get funky smelling. The newer ones don't discolor/stink like the old ones. Best thing about them is that they can be pushed/shoved into just the right height to support your head/neck comfortably.

I now have great difficulty sleeping outside my home since I won't have access to my pillow and temp bed.

I used to laugh at my dad for bringing his ratty old dirty feather pillow with him wherever we went. Now I've turned into my dad. . . .

I actually went to Bed Bath and Beyond with the wife to go pillow shopping.

I picked up a nice foam pillow and also a down pillow (feather). I tend to switch as needed...

I have to ask...how's the Tempur Mattress? I've been thinking about it...but they are so damn expensive!

I slept on it many times, but i dont own one. And to me it always felt very odd when i was awake, just laying on it or sitting on it. But I always had a good night sleep, or perhaps i was just drunk all those times...lol.

Which one did you get?

I noticed they have several different levels. I've seen some up to $8k...
