Space Grey Coupe with pics of before and after mods. Also pics of my bike

I finally got my M3 in after 9 long weeks of waiting. I got it last week and have been busy getting the mods I wanted done. All I can say after my first week is WOW. I love this car. I ordered it exactly the way I wanted it. I got everything I wanted and nothing I didn't. I have also been busy putting miles on it I already have 840 so far and have my appointment for service this Friday. As soon as that happens I am going to beat the shit out of this car. Here is what I got and the mods I have done. Also where I got them and the cost. I have posted lots of pics with before and after shots of the car as OEM and with Mods.

Thanks. The "nipple thing" is the headlight washer, it comes with the cold weather package

Wow, great post. Appreciate the time you spent noting how much and where you got your mods. Thanks for that!

quick question; on replacing the round BMW logos on the hood, trunk, and steering wheel. How are easy are the originals to remove? Can you tell me how each are attached? I hate to start just yanking on stuff. M logo on the side vent too; easy off?

Thanks!

Ok let me see where to start.

the hood roundel is just attatched by two pegs with grommets just slide something thin under it and pry it up. I used this packaging band that comes wrapped around boxes.

the trunk roundel is a little harder it has the two pegs with gormmets and 3m double sided tape. this one is a little harder but you can just pry it up with a plastic pry tool

the wheel center caps are really easy they simply pop in and out.

The trunk m3 emblem is very easy also. just slide some dental floss between the emblem and the car. and use a rag to clean of the glue. FIRST before you remove the old one. make sure you tape off where it is located so you know exactly where to put the new one and dont have to guess if it is straight.

the steering wheel emblem is a BITCH....dont do it. i made the mistake of prying off the old one. i think you are supposed to just stick the new one on top of the old one.

The side vents come with new logos and you can choose to put the red and blue ones on or the white and black ones on. they are just stickers

I hope this answers your questions..

thanks for the comments and take care
