Tune on a leased car

Hey guys
Would love to get the ESS tune on my X5m, but it is leased.
Bad idea?

Do it and re-tune it at turn in.........Phil

Buy the flash tool and don't change the limiter and you should be fine. I would be cautious about letting them ever find out though.

I turned in my last lease with a Dinan tune on it. No issues at turn in.
