WPC bearings and ARP Bolts - Best price

Who offers WPC treated bearings and ARP bolts for the best price as a package deal (Not Installed - that's already lined up)? I'm thinking of doing the swap given that I'm now supercharged and was trying to find the best price for a combo set.

If I was in your situation, personal I would choose for "experience" and not the best deal !
And when experience has priority it's "EAS" they saw it more than ones and think they just know what they are talking about !
BTW....experience is needed on a S65 , more than the best price for f@cked up bearings by BMW !
Conclusion....
Investing for knowledge !

I agree with the above statement but that is not the shop I would proclaim as the most experienced. I would lean more towards a race shop that builds motors. I have never used VAC Motorsports but it seems like they know their stuff when it comes to the S65 motor.

I'm looking for the best price on the WPC bearings and ARP bolts themselves, not to get them installed.

I ordered my bearings and rod bolts and oil pan gasket from FCP Euro, sent the bearings to WPC, and then installed them myself in my barn. ESC Tuning had similar pricing. It was around $425 for all the parts, plus $75 for the WPC.

Good question. I would also like to know.

Has VAC done other S65 rod bearing swaps?

I believe VAC uses calico coating instead of WPC.

I think the jury is still out on whether the VAC calico coating is superior to WPC. What about getting the VAC bearings and 'THEN' sending those off to WPC for treatment (too much)?

How hard was the DIY? Any words of wisdom?
