Tires for CF5V

I'm currently running a set of V12 Hankooks, 275/30/19 front and 305/30/19 rear. Wheel specs are 19x10/19x11, the wheel doesn't list the offset on the back, but they are pretty flush. Dropped on Eibach springs.

My tires are worn and this is a good opportunity to get tires more suited for the odd autox. The V12's run pretty narrow for the size, can I get away with the same tire sizing for PSS or AD08's? Would it be better to drop down 10mm to 265/30 and 295/30 just to be safe?

Any advice would be great.
