If I understook it correctly, he talked with Paypal and they ended the dispute with the terms, buyer returns product then seller refunds money. If he had let the dispute continue Paypal would have most likely sided with him and just closed the case. He hes told the buyer multiple times he'll refund after getting the item back, but the moron is still threatening him.

You are right: I spoke to them and told them to end this how I originally wanted (I get the item back, he's refunded).

Buyer doesn't receive any money until I receive the product back.

So he hasn't gotten any money refunded, not yet at least.

He went pulled out the race card?! fuck this guy.... report him to the po po if he continues to harass you. The only thing I would want to hear from this guy would be a tracking number for the product he purchased from you. Anything else would be strictly ignored.

Ironically he sent me an email today apologizing for his behavior...

I reported him to the police the other day and they mentioned that the detectives would be contacting him/his parents.

My guess is they contacted him?
