Joined the M family

Hey everyone after much thought and decision I decided to order a E92 Coupe. Got some really great feedback so far from the forum on price, etc and received a deal I couldn't pass up. So now the hard part, the wait. Its a very different experience ordering a car to exactly what I want but will be worth it!

I still have another month or so on my current 08G37s coupe which is still a blast to drive and will miss it. However I am much looking forward to the major "step up" in overall build quality, power, comfort, etc the M3 will provide me. I plan to keep this car for quite a long time.

Get the clear bra and tints. Should be first mods on any car..

I do like the idea of the clear bra. Anything to help with those annoying random chips you cant seem to ignore some days while driving. I will have to look into this one, As long as its not "obvious"

Good for you. I returned my G last year 4 my 335i (JB3). You won't miss a thing. Now i just need to trade in the wife's 350Z and get her the M3....

Congrats! When you take delivery,drive the M3 home and get to your garage,you'll think to yourself.. WTF was I thinking when I thought I'll miss the G37s??

Wow lots of hate for the G j/k. Its been a great car and only have small complaints about the car. Just ready to step it up and get one of my dream cars.

Currently doing research of which Angel eye light upgrade I want.

haha welcome, i came from a g37s too

the only thing i missed were the amenities (4+ cup holders, etc.) but that's not why I got the M

Congrat Man. I just love seeing other ///M around. Its a special car and I just can't wait to leave work everyday to enjoy a 1hr commute home

. I used to hate after work traffic.

Now, I work a bit longer so that i can avoid traffic and enjoy the highway on the way home. Just Me and her on the open road

Congrats! I came from a 2005 G35 with Sport Package and purchased my ///M in 2009. No regrets! You will love your ///M. It is worlds apart from the Infiniti!

Agreed, getting the M changed everything about affordable sports/super/luxury cars... Came from an infinity M and prefer the BMW version sooo much better it's not even close... Enjoy, the waits going to be brutal

Picked up the car a couple of days ago and 1st impression...a///Mazing!! Have been too busy driving and messing with everything to take pics. Will post some up this long weekend. The car overall feels so solid and stable even in comfort mode. Compared to my old firm suspension on the G37s. The little features just all add up, the interior red accent lights, the LEDs under the door locks. The firmness of the door closing, etc.

So far my favorite feature has been the sound of the S65 at start up as it echos off the walls of the garage hehe.
