Go check your California, I hear they can be made like crap too. Car travels a long way to Taiwan. Just take it back to the dealer and talk to them about it.

You're just a moron. I bet if you found a pretty significant fault in your car when you picked it up you'd be the first to eat your words. Cut the OP some slack.

I checked his OP. Didn't read anything about pretty colours or status'.

*Edit* I'm also going to *assume* you're partially retarded by the spelling in your avatar section. *Edit x2 * Which you've now fixed along with a fantastic abusive private message. How old are you, 12?

Well, seems like this thread would be a great candidate for WhiteWhine.com

i think there is no lemon law in taiwan so whatever you do is useless, they are not gonna buy back your car and get you a new one. Just enjoy the car

I would do more than file a major suite. I would request a penthouse apartment with a wet bar. Minus whale.

If the dealer wont do anything , grab some wrenches and loosen a few bolts. It doesn't take much to realign a panel. You're only looking to move the hood 1/4". You'll see a little more gap on the passenger side and a little less on the drivers side. BUT if the panel was left loose from the factory , it at LEAST needs to be tightened down because it could get to the point one day , that the hood and fender actually touch and rub . Or worse, you go to close the hood and it crumples something. Don't stress though , its an easy fix.

Ignorance IS bliss. Its funny how you can look at something and think its perfect and then one day someone comes along and points out a (preceived) problem .Then you can't stop looking at it. There's only one way to fix orange peel. Get out your 1000 grit sandpaper. Usually the thought of that scares the shit out of people. Enough so,that suddenly the orange peel isn't a big deal after all

honestly i had to sit there and relook at the pics a few times to realize what your frustration was - mine are not exactly perfect and although i agree it should be a little more uniform given the price tag, its not enough of an issue to be... an issue. enjoy your car and maybe try drinking a little alcohol - it will relax you but not in combination with your driving if alcohol isnt your thing i have a new drug in the works - fukitol - you won't care one bit about that gap!

sounds like your differential. Go into a big parking lot and do about 10 circles with full lock on the steering wheel to the left and again to the right. You have a brand new diff and it's tight. It should go away after you do this and get the gears completely lubricated. Have you already had your break-in service?

With any new ///M car or any with a limited slip diff (I've had 4), this is part of my break-in regimen even though it's not listed in the manual. If the noise doesn't go away, you probably have a bum diff that needs replacing.

I've seen misaligned fenders before (on my former 335) but this is beyond acceptable to me. For Christsake look at that gap between the bumber and headlight assembly.

This is really upsetting. I left the dealer with the M3 looking fine. Next day it turns out like this. Now the stupid noise it produces. I am really looking down at my M3. Even I get it adjusted. BMW Taiwan doesn't really want to exchange for a new car.

I feel your pain. My fender and hood alignment is way worst than yours. Now i have big gap between the hood and the front bumper, i can put a whole finger in between. I also have that big gap between fender and light.... I am really pissed. I am taking my car back again tomorrow and i am asking them to take off the front bumper and realign the whole front section.

Did you ever get it fixed?
