M Flight trip to G-Power in Germany!
Added more pics 03/28/2010
Today M Flight took a trip to G-Power in Germany. There was about 30 M cars, mostly E9x M3, one M5, few E46 M3, and one E36 M3. We went to the heart of G-Power, their HQ and shop. You would think they have some big facility, but when we got there it was in some small village and looked like a barn. Check it out for yourself. Owner gave all of us a ride in his experimental/research/developmental 724hp (dyno'd at 600 at the wheels) E92 M3. Crazy mad fast! They had the SK1 customer car, and some other to include the Huricane M5 capable of 380km/h. These are just few pics, I will post some more after I resize them. And big thanks to Hans (our M-Flight lead) for organizing this event. We had people looking at us with their jaws dropping as about 30 M cars were rolling down the autobahn. Beautiful sight! Here's a link to couple of videos from the trip, that other M-Flight member posted here at M3Post.com. http://www.m3post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=367610

We all met up at the Pentagon Car Sales in Kaiserslautern and drove about 390km to G-Power each way. Here are some of our rides. When we stopped to fill up, it took us about an hour at the gas station. People were waving and taking pics of our rides, since it is a rare sight in Germany to see that many Mcars together in one place. When we got to G-Power they had their cars outside on display. We got incentive rides in the above mentioned M3.
On top of that, M-Flight members received awesome deal on the Akrapovic full exhaust system . It's unbelievable how good of a price we got for a group buy. G-Power rocks! p.s. I got over 300 pics, and will try to share some with you.

Some more pictures. Hurricane M5 apparently able to do 380km/h with 400km/h G-Power speedo. There were few customer rides from Middle East. Apparently superchargers are very popular there since they don't get hot like turbos. Pic one before last, just my average speed on the autobahn.

I thought I recognize some of these cars. But I don't see Montoya, I know he has the Akra on his E90.
Man, I wish someone would buy my car so I can get an M3. |

They have others to make their parts, and G-Power puts it together.

Boy, the ASA charger is nice. Wish I can afford one of those on my M. It'll be the ultimate street / track combo with the improved low end grunt.

Right when we got there, our G-Power rep told us that they don't have fancy facilities like AC Schnitzer or Hamman, and they don't need to since they only work on engines.

I miss Germany. Many companies use very humble or historic buildings there. I love it! Thanks for sharing the pics!
