Buying a 2011 / 2012 M3 E93

I am currently looking to buy a 2011 / 2012 M3 E93 and I found one that has the following Carfax notation @ 1,000 miles:

Battery/charging system checked
Battery replaced
Oil and filter changed
Intake manifold gasket replaced
Engine checked
Electrical system checked

Is "Intake manifold gasket replaced" a red flag at 1,000 miles? I have asked the dealer to provide more details but none has been given...

Any advice appreciated!

I would wonder why the exact milage isn't listed for the 1000k service.
They may have just identified a bad gasket when they inspected the entire car, I wouldn't make it a deal breaker if you like the car. But the car looks like it was sold with 1200 miles, so who knows how those miles were driven.

The color combo looks good!
