Have you actually seen the pictures of how badly that woman was burnt? They are horrifying. Did you know that there were many other cases of people being burnt by McDonalds prior to that and they took no action? Did you know that they reduced their holding temperature after that incident? That award was also reduced.

Caps are not remedies; they are 100% unconstitutional. What's the proper cap for someone that gets killed by a negligent doctor? What about a child that has a horrible life in front of them because they weren't delivered properly. How do you put a cap on that?
