Used is no problem. I had mine powdercoated because they started going brown.

They look great and was cheap.

BEST mod ever Nate! Finally got around to getting mine installed. Wow! is all I can say. Anybody on the fence re; the evo system, stop waiting, this is the one to own. Perfect sound, more pronounced intake growl, and lots of new power too......

+1. Nice power bump and a great system for more sound without attracting too much attention. To me a real "daily driver" friendly setup

I looked into them, and they are by far the nicest looking tips and probably the best way to go, but I figured the sticker would be cheaper and easier.
