Arrow Good Body Shop?

I need to take my car into the shop because of this -
http://www.m3post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=176742

I'm considering this shop because it's a BMW Certified Collision Repair Center.

Are they any good? Any other suggestions?

Thanks.

Edit: I left out that I was considering JMK BMW Body Shop in Springfield, NJ...

I'm in the city but I can drive anywhere from here to PA to get my car fixed the right way. Would rather go to a shop in Jersey - when I do drive, it's to Jersey 80% of the time.

I've had 2 of my cars worked on by JMK's body shop over the past 3 years, and both were metallic colors. They did a fantastic job. Especially with AW paint, you'll never know it was hit.

Just FYI even certified BMW collision centers can do a shitty job.

i have a friend who owns an exotic car dealership and this is the guy he uses.....
http://www.carusosautomotive.com/

he coats every car with a gel when it comes in that protects the paint from over spray. when he hits the gel with hot water it turns into soap......
