Alpine Angel Eyes Customer Service

I've had problems with my AE ever since I bught the car and Alex at Alpine said to send them back and he'd check it out. I did just that and now I cant get ahold of him. I called once and he couldn't talk and said he'd call back. Never happened. I've sent countless emails and nothing.

Has anyone else dealt with him? Is this guy a crook or what? Dont know anything about Alpine AE or if they're a reputable company, but I feel like I paid to send my AE's to a place where I'll never see them again.

Unfortunately he really only responds to phone calls so go that route and you should hopefully have a better response.

Kewl, thanks. Makes me feel somewhat better. Although, when I was emailing him for quotes for CF trunks, he responded.

Will try to call again.

Other than ignoring my call then texting me to call him on the weekdays he hasn't given me any trouble with customer support. I haven't had any trouble with reaching him so far. Called him once about the order being over a month and got a small discount. Called him again about some questions for installing and he answered right away. Third time was for my passenger side having problems and he told me he would ship a replacement the same day I spoke with him.

After having mine crap out twice in the span of a year...hardly any driving either, barely 3k miles...and similar customer service issues...I decided to cut my losses. Really didn't want something I needed trouble shot and parts replaced every year in the car.

not a crook...i didnt have any issues with him. he replaced mine when the passenger side stopped working
