Allwright thanks, I guess I'll go with the Mickeys then, it's just weird to take my 295s off to put 265 for the drag but if VAC managed 1.6xx 60footers, there's no arguing with that!

Glad you are back in an M3... did you put the 625 kit back on?
It is winter in Sweden right now , so i will wait until spring to put it back.
It is useless with 595 whp in snow
(I have a 92 mm pulley on my 625 kit, 95 mm is standard today)
But i am realy looking forward to start tuning this one, i am a bit curios how it is to drive a sc dct.
I have started to order some new wheels , and will probably order some more goodies like meth kit etc.

Your in for some fun with DCT and your pretty much gonna kick ass at those runway events you attend ,
I personally wouldn't install meth unless you run your car hard in 80-100f temps then its beneficial .
As for wheel hope keep your EDC setting on comfort when you take off next while going into the next gear hit the M button ( settings should be on stiff ) and your golden..
Good luck with your new car !post some pictures

Yes, I think 10.5 is possible at full weight with a 625hp kit, DCT, ET Streets.

Last year, we simply bolted on the LL and put ET Streets on a spare set of APEX wheels. Didn't touch the beat TCKs or make any adjustments....it was literally our 2nd time to the strip with the car. Our car now has stock seats, Nitron triple adj suspension/1200lb springs and a 3.64 rear. It was kinda setup for road racing before, now its all our road course friendly. It may run 12s, who knows LOL.

You guys being road course and mechanical guys simply means you know how to perfectly setup a car for any event to achieve a solid time .

The ratio really helps on the road course and street. Haven't had it on the strip but it could help there too.

My 3.45 gears get put in on Friday (Thursday in the US) can't wait to see how they make the car. Little scared they might to to much with a SC

Mike, correct me if I'm wrong, but is the AR Design LL only for the stock brake setup or will it work with my Stop Techs. For some reason, I have in my head that's it's only supposed to be used on the stock brake setup. I also believe we called you guys at VAC and you guys removed the LL for one reason or another? Maybe having problems with it? Or did I dream all this?

Yea it's designed for stock brakes. We have Brembos on the car so we made fittings to fit the kit.

We took the kit off when one of the units failed. Since we had 100s of hours of road racing planned for the season, it made no sense to keep the LL on.
