What's a good deal on Lease?

Looking to lease a E90 M3 and found various quotes. Cars I'm looking are prices between $73-74K.

I'm hoping to buy my car at the end of the lease. Main reason I'm leasing is the fact that I can write a percentage of it off as a bushiness expense.

Here's some of the quotes I've received so far on 36 months 10,000 miles/year

#1 Option: MSRP is $73,575 and the invoice is $68,300 and the selling price is $69,439 and on*a 36 month lease with 10k miles per year and with a total of $2,327.68 cash down your payment comes to $931.30 including Tax

The residual is 63% and $46,352.25 after 3 years and the money factor is .00185 on a score of 740 or better. This price is $1,000 over invoice with $139 for floor mats.

Option #2: Vehicle Price: $73,075.00 * Preferred Customer Discount: - $3,116.00 *
* Vehicle Selling Price: $69,959.00 *
* 2011 Factory Floor Mats: + $149.00 *
* Total Selling Price: $70,108.00

$4000 Cash due which includes $2200 cap reduction. MF is higher 00235.

Still waiting on a few other dealer quotes.

I don't qualify for the loyalty discount as my 1999 is too old. Nor do I have my BMWCCA membership as that has lapsed.

Does this seam high for you guys? I'm curious what some are you are paying right now on 2011 BMWFS Leases?

Doe paying a MSD (multiple security deposit) program Make a difference?

Yes you can do better on the price however with the minimum amount of e90M's out there dealers are going to try and get as much as they can for them. If you like to run your deals by Ryan go ahead he will be able to help you out. Actually, I called Ryan earlier in the week and he was off and I spoke with Kwinn about your M3 but it doesn't have DCT so else I would be buying it from you guys. . I try Ryan later today.

Try BMW select. You can still write it off with a colorful accountant. I'm in my 2011.5 $76,500 window $0 out of pocket sign and drive. $960/mo.

I leased a vert for 0 down, $679/mo/10k mikes/yr. It is completely stock, but I think it listed for 72,000. You can do better than the quote above.

^ verts are completely different than coupes and sedans. You can't even compre them because their rates are so much lower

I just got my 2011 M3 Sedan yesterday. They are screwing you on the money factor. I got .00165 for BMW loyalty. Otherwise it would have been .00195.

Congrats on the new ride. Yeah, I don't qualify for shit. My E36 is from 1999, they only give the loyalty if your car is 2005 or newer. Also, I don't have my BMWCCA membership anymore as I let it lapse years ago, so, no $500 credit

That is quote is the best you can do. The big two factors are not in your control which is the residual and the money factor.

The thing you can control is the price you pay for the car and you got it for about 1k over invoice. That is about as good as it gets. Sometimse some dealers will do invoice, but 1k over 3 years is not really going to change much.

For a 74k m3 at this point for 3 years/36k you are looking at 900-1000 depending on the months money factor and residual.

Don't let people post some ridiculously low rate they got and tell you that you should keep looking as its really not in your control with the current MF and residuals.

Yup. I did the max MSDs on my lease and it's about a little over 10% annual rate of return for depositing your money with BMW for 3 yrs. No brainer in my opinion.

How much was your MSD and how much did it save you?

Question? If you plan on buying the car at the end of the lease, would it save you more money by simply adding to the total out of pocket?

Well if you want to bring in using deposits to lower your MF than you have to bring in taking that same money and investing it in a similar investment and return as the savings in the lease from lowering your MF.

That someone else is still me. I own a small business and I'm able to write off a portion of the lease as a business expense. Don't know exactly how much yet. Need to work that out with the CPA.

I leased my vehicle 2 days ago. The MF is controlled by the BMW Finance. They do have aminimum, or buy rate for the dealer, that they can go to. For september the MF was .00195. It was .00165 if you were coming off a BMW lease, or you could of taken $1k. Not sure if it changed for October. So to tell him to just accept the MF that the dealer gives him is ridiculous.

Obviously you get better MF as well based on credit score.

Yes, MF is also based on FICO scores and I qualify. Like I mentioned before, I don't qualify for the loyalty discount as my 1999 is too old (cut off is 2005). Also, no BMWCCA Membership as that has lapsed as well.

Deal seems fair, but I've had great luck with a guy named Greg Poland, he was the first online dealer to return my inquriy and the most thorough.
Check his deal last, he's pretty aggressive, and no matter where you are, he can get you a car, either sent to ED (European Delivery) AND/OR PCD (Performance Center Delivery) in SC!

If I went with the 2012, I was gonna go with him, but my local dealer found the last 2011, so I went with them, it was already on the ground and 11 rates are better than 12 for now so I went that route.
