the front license plate, is it drilled through the front or underneath. What I'm getting at, if someone wants to remove the license plate, are you going to see two holes in the front bumper?

No holes on the bumper . ItIt's a tow hook plate holder

car has only 15k miles and almost 15k worth of mods coming with it...great price in my opinion..good luck with sale
