2010 XM Radio retrofit without Nav

I recently bought a 2010 e90 M3 without Nav....per VIN here are my audio options:

S663 Radio BMW Professional
S676 HiFi Speaker System
S693 Satellite Radio Prep
SEMOA Deletion of MOST Adapter

I purchased an activation code online, scheduled the coding session, but the rep told me I needed additional hardware. I promise I asked at time of purchase but was told "no"; wrong!

I have no modules underneath the trunk floor. Can anyone tell me what part number(s) I need?
