TCU? MULF2? no bluetooth

My 08 started showing the no SOS alert at start up and then i noticed my bluetooth doesn't turn on. From a quick search, i thought it was the TCU so i replaced it. Still no bluetooth. Could it be the MULF? where else should i check? Carly app doesn't show shit.

here's my symptons:
no bluetooth
no phone pairing
SOS failure alert
chimes and all other alerts work fine
USB in center console does not work.

EDIT: i've replaced both TCU and MULF and still no luck.

What about aux-in and satellite radio? Are those options greyed out?

Under the steering wheel/footwell there's a plastic cover that you take off there's some wiring on the left side make sure that everything is plugged in. (Not the ones that power the lights underneath) I had the same issues to find out that I forgot to plug in some connector
