BIMMERPOST / Classifieds
Asking Price:
None

Item Interest
I have a catless + non-resonated Fabspeed X-Pipe for sale. This will fit all e9x M3's. It will NOT trigger CEL's. According to Fabspeed's dyno its good for +15whp and +10tq. Was on my car for roughly a year and comes with the original clamps. Slightly louder at idle but floor it or blip the throttle and the car sounds down right mean. Regularly got compliments on the sound.

Asking $500 + shipping

Cash or Paypal accepted.

Please PM me with questions/offers.

This does not include High Flow Cats. Its just the X-Pipe.

No, unfortunately you have to cut your stock exhaust right before the secondary cats. However any competent exhaust shop can do this as its fairly simple. It is also 100% reversible as I had my stock midpipe put back in when I was returning the car.

Stock muffler. At idle and below 3k RPM it sounded somewhat louder than stock. Floor it to redline or blip the throttle and it sounds downright mean. Ive also heard it with a few aftermarket mufflers and it can get fairly loud depending on which one you have.

The dealership didnt seem to care at all. I even had an O2 sensor replaced under warranty and nothing was said about the X-Pipe. Some dealerships may say something, but I dont think you'll have a problem as the primary cats and O2 sensors are still there. You can also have your stock X-Pipe welded back in, in case you have to go back to stock.

When my lease was up I had my stock pipe welded back in and was not charged for anything. According to my client advisor, the car was CPO'd and sold a month later.

Alternated between Morristown and Roxbury. I think it was Roxbury that did the O2 sensor. I was at both dealerships multiple times and was never questioned or denied work because of the X-Pipe.

No drone and it was slightly raspy but I think that had more to do with me using the stock muffler. Still sounded pretty mean when I floored it, redlined it, or blipped the throttle.

Mine pretty much sounded exactly like this:
