You know it's hot when ...

... you temp gauge reads 107 degrees! This was in the middle of Columbia, SC, on I-20 where the interstate is asphalt. It dropped to 104 on the concrete sections but that is still DAMN hot! This is a crazy summer.

Post your hottest temp readings. I think it will be interesting to share.

Obviously not in a BMW, but this is the picture I took last August in Dallas. Notice how fast I'm going. The car was not sitting in a hot parking lot, I'd been driving for about an hour.

How the hell do I change what that thing says? I can't find any "button" to show outside temp. Mine shows range. My * looking button is used to bring up my contacts for my phone.

Last year (driving from Vegas to Bishop Cal) thru the Mohave Desert it was 126 Degree F we did fry an egg on the highway LOL

Today here in Ontario Canada it was 38 C (100 F) the hottest day since 1936 ... I heard Al Gore whisper in the light wind breeze "I told you so ... I told you so" LOL

We broke a record also today here in Montréal (35.2C). Considering we had to wear jackets well into June I don't think Al Gore can say "I told you so".

I'm almost cold during the day in the admin building at a nuclear power plant. But on vacation a few years ago I recorded 118 degrees in southern Oregon.
