Didn't sound like a full launch, you should hear the cars blaring before the light goes green, looks like they wait until it goes green then gun it.

They will need to address the 'control' issue, since the average person will just read and dismiss, I like the m5board style with the roll approach.

The results are pretty bad 500hp for 3000lb Z4 and 700hp for a 3500lb M3 does 1/4 mile in 13s?

These videos are cool but the information is all total crap. It's understandable though because all the ?? behind the video just gets them more views and comments which equals more ad share money from youtube..

C'mon the RPi M5 did 171 in the standing mile. You mean to tell me this Z4 which is probably 1000lbs lighter is only going to go 155mph.He had to of missed a gear..

This is not a 1/4 mile race, neither is it timed like it or track prepped for it. This should only be viewed as a reference to what a VT2-625 E90 M3 vs S85 Z4 will do in a 1000M, all out race.

We do not offer a 720hp kit, this russian car has a regular ESS VT2-625 kit -nothing more, nothing less. No idea why they claim 720chp. I am actually very impressed he was able to beat a S85 Z4M as those are extremely quick.

forget the traction and ET since it was a street syle drag race but I was excpecting traps on both cars to be a liltle higher.
M3 supercharged traps only 118mph in a 1/4 mile? Z4 @ 105mph? LOL.

Z06 supercharged traps @ 134! fast!

As AJ@ESS said, If you guys haven't seen the other videos from infamous Dragtimes, you would notice their 1/4mile + trap times are quite retarded, and shouldn't be used for accurate information purposes at all. I see 600+hp beats running 13s all the times in the video created by them. Someone mentioned stock GT-R running 11s, well guess what the stock GT-R did in Dragtimes, spankin' 13s in 1/4mile. At best, Dragtimes are good for comparing top-end power at extremely fast speeds.

Watch it for the plesaure of sound/looks.

Doesn't seem like a 1/4 mile race. It's a 1000m race. Who use "mile" other than the USA and this is not USA.

Hello, guys.

this z4 v10 is my car..
event is called Moscow Unlim 500+ and its Russian 1 standing mile event.

my car had problems with air delievery on high speeds, and also traction was not too good, car was running in the mdm mode.

m3 is vt625(ess also modded the kit for this car), about 680hp + racing fuel.

About 13.xx times - its because of bad traction, drivers are pretty good

theese devices are not russian, its race america

Cars at the event go for 1 mile, time counts for 1/4 and for 1 mile.

At this race, times were very bad. but the traction was awful.

Even guy running Bugatti Veyron was catching it first 100 meters =))
