ZCP or Vorsteiner parts?
my ZCP M3 arrives soon, and im wondering whether i should go with the BMW ZCP side front spoilers or the vorsteiner?
Vorsteiner or BMW ZCP part my ZCP M3 will be white. i'll also get the rear ZCP wing spoiler and maybe the rear vorsteiner diffuser... http://parts.ind-distribution.com/pr...5&no=18&Opt=03 the diffuser should compliment my Akrapovic exhaust which has arrived already. My M3 won't be here for another 4 weeks or so. thoughts? input? feedback? thanks! |

Threadjacking a bit here, but I wish Vorsteiner would come out with an updated version of their front bumper. I love the flares above the front intakes and the lack of reflectors, but can do without the more aggressive center intake and the messy lip.

^-- OEM fits perfect... I've had numerous aftermarket parts for this car, and none even came close to fitting like the OEM splitters do.

This probably isn't what you are looking for......but, I'd wait until after delivery of your car to decide what you want to do. My reasoning is: I was in the same boat as you. I spent lots of time trying to decide on and acquire a series of modifications (including a Vorsteiner lip) only to realize post-delivery that I love the car just the way it is. Now I have a handful of parts to sell off at some loss because I don't care to actually put them on my car. In the case of the lip, I was convinced that the m3 only looked "right" when they had a front lip on them. However, after owning the car for a few weeks and looking at it a lot, I think the lips look tacked on and don't fit the overall refined look of the M3. To each their own though!

I actually like the shape of the Vorsteiner splitters better than the ZCP style. Now I'm just going to wait until one of the replica companies jump on board to steal Vorsteiners design and sell it at a fraction of the price and I'm all in!

no need to wait for vorsteiner's OEM knockoff or the other replica companies' knockoffs of vorsteiner's OEM knockoff. |
